Delayed again? My flight coming back here in KSA via Gulf Air was delayed due to some reasons. Passengers got an option, to stay in the hotel (provided by the airlines) or get a P500.00 cash for taxi fare if you’re living within Metro Manila. I chose to get the P500 cash and called my friend M to fetch me up from the airport and go someplace to sip few bottles of beer. By the way, The first time my flight was delayed was last January 2006 via Saudia Airlines . I stayed at the hotel that time.

SERENDRA - Fort Bonifacio, Global City

Nothing is more real than the time spent with those to whom you are closest. Serendra is designed for rediscovering the little pleasures best shared with loved ones– walks in tree-lined parks, conversations at the vibrant Piazza at Serendra, shared moments in the tranquil gardens and playtime in vast secure spaces.

Developed by Serendra Inc., a joint venture of Ayala Land Premier and Community Innovations, Serendra defines the highest aesthetics and quality standards of property development.

My shots were limited due to the water sprays coming from every corner. I covered my camera with two plastic bags to avoid getting wet, specially when we passed by near the Fire Station Department who used bigger hoses.

Aside from jet skiing & sunset viewing, we also did island hopping.

Crystal Cove
*First stop, Crystal Cove - an island with two caves. Among the two, Cave 1 is the best as the boatmen says. I was not able to go down to Cave 2 because of high tide that time and my camera will be in trouble eventhough my backpack camera bag is water proof.

Meeting up with my childhood friend from US, L and her husband A and B2 from Australia.

I had a two (2) nights free room at Microtel Inn & Suites (located at station 1) courtesy of L & A while they stayed at Fairways & Bluewater Resort.

After two nights, I looked for another hotel to stay-in for two more nights. I contacted Lorenzo Resorts a resort owned by one of my relatives. Then another resort Acanthus Hotel managed by a friend of mine and classmate of my cousin way back from Romblon. Then, I decided to chose Acanthus Hotel (located at station 3 and a private one) for US$ 100/day (discounted price), with free breakfast. The water in station 3 is clearer than station 1 (where I noticed sea weeds on the surroundings). By the way, Lorenzo Resort is next to Acanthus Hotel. :)
