Although I never saw this kind of parade before, I am happy to see scenes from Balayan, Batangas. When I was in college I spent and attended many IVCF (Inter Varsity Christian Fellowship) conferences in a camp site called OMF Balayan Bay Camp. The camp site was built along Balayan Bay. It's a beautiful camp site that I will ever forget. Hi! Although I never saw this kind of parade before, I am happy to see scenes from Balayan, Batangas.
