Delayed again? My flight coming back here in KSA via Gulf Air was delayed due to some reasons. Passengers got an option, to stay in the hotel (provided by the airlines) or get a P500.00 cash for taxi fare if you’re living within Metro Manila. I chose to get the P500 cash and called my friend M to fetch me up from the airport and go someplace to sip few bottles of beer. By the way, The first time my flight was delayed was last January 2006 via Saudia Airlines . I stayed at the hotel that time.

I was requested by my friend from Nestle Philippines to shoot (free of course :) ) the sports feast they organized for St. Luke’s Medical Center (SLMC) Pediatric Alumni Association. The event was located at The Nestle Creamery in Aurora Boulevard (formerly Magnolia Ice Cream House in the 70’s. Nestle Creamery is home to Nestle Ice Cream which is one of the leading ice cream brands in the Philippines.

Nestle Philippines bought this company from Magnolia Ice Cream which used to be a subsidiary of San Miguel Corporation. Magnolia Ice Cream is now back in the market but that is another story. The Nestle Creamery is definitely more than just about ice cream; it also dish up delicious savory meals. The place likewise has an area that can be used for various functions like birthday parties. It is open from 10am-10pm, Mondays to Sundays.
